Beauty Hub LLC Wholesale is committed to providing reliable and efficient shipping services for our wholesale customers.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation unless otherwise stated.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Methods

We work with trusted shipping carriers to deliver products safely and efficiently throughout the United States.

Shipping options and rates are displayed during checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Holidays
  • Customs processing
  • High order volume
  • Events beyond our control

Beauty Hub LLC Wholesale is not responsible for shipping delays once orders have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Shipping Damage & Shortage Claims

Any shipping damage or shortage must be reported within three (3) days of the delivery date.

To submit a claim, customers must provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of damaged products and packaging
  • Description of the issue

Claims submitted after the required timeframe may not qualify for replacement, refund, or store credit.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.

Beauty Hub LLC Wholesale is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Additional shipping fees may apply for returned, redirected, or reshipped packages.

Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping carrier.

Lost Packages

If a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Beauty Hub LLC Wholesale will assist when possible but is not responsible for carrier delivery errors after shipment confirmation.

Returns & Exchanges Related to Shipping

Returns or exchanges are not accepted without prior agreement between both parties.

Approved returns must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Seasonal items are final sale and are not refundable.
