Return Authorization
Returns or exchanges are not accepted without prior agreement between both parties.
Customers must contact Beauty Hub LLC Wholesale before returning any merchandise. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to sender.
Return Eligibility
Approved returns must meet the following conditions:
- Products must be unused
- Products must be in original packaging
- Items must be in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase or invoice must be provided
Beauty Hub LLC Wholesale reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise before approving refunds or exchanges.
Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and non-refundable:
- Seasonal items
- Clearance products
- Opened or used items
- Special-order products
- Customized products
Beauty Hub LLC Wholesale reserves the right to determine whether returned merchandise qualifies for refund or exchange approval.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Any shipping damage, missing items, or shortages must be reported within three (3) days of the delivery date.
To submit a claim, customers must provide:
- Order number
- Photos of damaged products and packaging
- Description of the issue
Claims submitted after the required timeframe may not qualify for replacement, refund, or store credit.
Refunds
Approved refunds may be issued in one of the following forms:
- Original payment method
- Store credit
- Product exchange
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by an error made by Beauty Hub LLC Wholesale.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
Order Cancellations
Orders may not be canceled once processing or shipping has begun.
Beauty Hub LLC Wholesale reserves the right to cancel orders due to:
- Product availability
- Pricing errors
- Suspected fraud
- Unauthorized transactions
- Policy violations
Returned Payments
A $35.00 fee will be applied to any returned payment, including:
- Returned checks
- Failed bank transfers
- Payment reversals
- Insufficient funds transactions
Orders may be delayed, canceled, or placed on hold until payment issues are resolved.
